No registration is required to use our shop. Shipping is carried out by mail. Depending on the total value of your order, volume discounts are available (see the section “Volume discounts” below).
For deliveries outside the European Union, an extra 15% discount is applied by deducting VAT. You may, however, have to pay any local sales or import tax or customs duties in your country.
We accept payments in euro (EUR). The actual amount you pay in your local currency will depend on the exchange rate used by your bank or payment provider.
Ordering
Ordering is easy and secure. For every orderable item, use the shopping cart icon to add that item to your cart. You can review and edit the contents of your cart at any time before placing the order.
Ordered items are reserved for you for up to 14 days while we wait for your payment. In case of a reasonable delay in payment, or if you expect that the bank transfer might take considerably longer (up to two to three weeks), please e-mail us. In such cases we can usually extend the reservation period by mutual agreement.

Discounts are calculated automatically; please do not reduce the total sum on the invoice yourself.
Payment
We accept payments by credit cards, various payment systems depending on your country and bank transfer. Transfer details will be provided after you confirm your order.
Delivery
Shipment costs are calculated using the current tariffs of our logistics partners. We strongly suggest using insured priority mail, especially for higher-value models and sets. You can set delivery options in the cart view during checkout.

Items are shipped as soon as payment has arrived. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. In case of unforeseen delays, we will inform you by e-mail.
Pre-ordering
You can order items from our partner manufacturers’ catalogues that are not listed on our website or are currently unavailable. If you have problems finding the desired item, describe it to us (for example manufacturer, model number, railway company, scale), and we will do our best to help you. The minimum pre-order amount is generally €50.
You can also write us to express your wishes regarding models or accessories you would like to see in our range. We will take these suggestions into account when planning our assortment.
